Alex es la inspiración detrás de nuestra cocina de fusión Hondureña-Mediterránea presentada en Meat Flame.

Las habilidades culinarias de nuestro chef tienen sus raíces en su herencia Hondureña, que comenzó en la cocina de su madre. Ella es un recordatorio constante de que transmitir su tradición se puede hacer a través del paladar.

Desde Honduras, nuestro chef llegó a Los Ángeles, donde adquirió su experiencia culinaria como chef en el principal restaurante Persa del sur de California. Cinco años después, llegó con su esposa y su hija a Dover, Nueva Jersey, con el sueño de combinar sus raíces Hondureñas con su formación profesional en la cocina Mediterránea. El resultado son carnes a la parrilla que tienen una influencia Latina distintiva.

Our chef’s culinary skills are rooted in his Honduran heritage that started in his mother’s kitchen. She is a constant reminder that passing on their tradition can be done through the palate.

From Honduras, our chef arrived in Los Angeles where he earned his culinary chops as chef at the premiere Persian restaurant in Southern California. Five years later, he arrived with his wife and baby daughter to Dover, New Jersey with dreams of combining his Honduran roots and his professional training in Mediterranean cuisine. The result is grilled meats that have a distinctive Latino influence.
